Our client is a reputable financial institution and they are currently seeking a proactive, presentable, and approachable Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to their company.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Coordinate and schedule meeting room bookings
Control office equipment, materials, and supplies
Assist with other clerical support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above, with 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Ability to work independently and attention to detail
Presentable with a pleasant personality and good telephone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC applications
Immediate availability will be an advantage
