Arguably the most fast growing and dynamic of Hong Kong’s restaurant groups, our client is looking for an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to support the Founder. This role will offer the most exciting of environments and cover a wide range of exposure across multiple parts of the ever-expanding business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide all round secretarial and administrative support to the Founder.
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings and complex and highly frequent international travel itineraries and arrangements across multiple time zones, requiring collaboration with both internal and external executives and assistants!
Ensure the Founder is adequately briefed and prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements, and on top of important tasks and deadlines.
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports and presentations, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
Respond and deal with telephone calls and queries in a professional manner.
Review, prepare and manage the submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy.
Review, track and maintain documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary.
Maintain discretion on all confidential matters.
Manage personal affairs including booking appointments and coordination of events.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as given time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 10 years' experience directly supporting at the C-Suite level.
Native English, fluent Cantonese and spoken Mandarin.
A strong service ethic, commitment, flexibility, and resilience required.
Energetic with ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Responsive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to anticipate needs or problems, think "outside of the box" and proactively offer solutions.
Detail minded with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines.
