We’re delighted to have Tanya in our team, she brings rich experience gained across different sectors to the Charlotte Frank team and focuses on our Financial Services and Insurance portfolio. She began her executive search and recruitment career in London in 2006, working in a research capacity which afforded her unique insight into the importance of support roles. Since relocating back to Hong Kong in 2007, she has excelled in both internal and external hiring roles and successfully recruited for different industries across all levels and functions. With an extensive network and market knowledge, Tanya is ideally positioned to help identify exceptional talent. She is bespoke in her approach and particularly enjoys the challenge of tackling new areas and working on hybrid roles.

Tanya traces her roots from both Thailand and the UK which has helped her to engage and empathise with individuals from a range of cultures and backgrounds. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in French & Hispanic Studies from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
