Based in Hong Kong for the last 8.5 years and previously in Sydney, where she focused purely on Secretarial and Administration hires for over 3 years, Zara has recruited extensively for both HR and Administration roles across APAC, Europe and America.

As a Director at Charlotte Frank, Zara heads up our Legal division as well as partnering with Tanya Knott to cover our core Financial Services business. She covers positions across all levels, including hybrid roles and C-Suite. She believes in the importance of executing sound hires both professionally and culturally, the value that comes with managing and developing existing talent and building long lasting relationships.
