Our client is a highly respected and long-established global investment management firm with an impressive track record and stable team. They are now seeking a top notch, up-and-coming, and highly efficient Senior Administrative/Team Assistant to support one of their teams in the business. This will be a contract position until 30th Jun 2025.This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to connect with industry leaders and professionals to further propel your career.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executives and team
Maintain calendars, book meeting rooms and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
Schedule highly frequent travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as needed
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Perform research via the internet and subscription-based research portals as requested
Review, prepare and manage the submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Review, track and maintain documents, following-up to obtain information as necessary
Develop and maintain a filing system and contact database
Translate documents from English into Chinese and vice versa
Perform other administrative duties as needed (printing, binding)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
supporting executives/senior management within a financial services firm
Excellent English is a must, alongside fluency in Mandarin
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proven experience utilizing internet resources
Experience with CRM tools, e.g. salesforce would be helpful
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritize
Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
