They are now seeking a top notch, up-and-coming, and highly efficient Administrative/Team Assistant to support one of their teams in the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative support to the executives and team
• Maintain calendars, book meeting rooms and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
• Schedule highly frequent travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as needed
• Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner • Perform research via the internet and subscription-based research portals as requested
• Review, prepare and manage the submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
• Review, track and maintain documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary
• Develop and maintain a filing system and contact database
• Translate documents from English into Chinese and vice versa
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience supporting executives/senior management within a financial services firm
• Excellent English is a must, alongside fluency in Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proven experience utilizing internet resources
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritize
• Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
• Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
• An ability to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism and tact
