They are now seeking a top-class, highly efficient Administrative Assistant to support their team in Hong Kong. RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling heavy travel arrangements (regional and international) and preparing detailed itineraries as needed
Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports
Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events
Processing correspondence and letters, and updating databases
Reviewing, tracking and maintaining documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary
Performing other administrative duties as needed, such as faxing, copying and ordering supplies
Ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years relevant experience supporting executive/senior management within a financial services firm
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Energetic and bright, with common sense and good judgement
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Excel (formulas and functions) and Word
Mandarin and Native English Language fluency is necessary
Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritize
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism; and
An ability to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism and tact
