One of the world’s largest and most respected investment management firms with an impressive track record is currently looking for a highly efficient Administrative Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. This role will provide core support to one of their teams, and is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate whom is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative duties and team support
Phone coverage, dealing with both internal & external contacts
Coordinate scheduling for conferences and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Multi time zone calendar management
Arranging video conferences and conference calls with external guests across multiple time zones
Expense reports, special projects and detailed reporting as required
Build strong working relationships with peer administration staff and provide back-up support for other Assistants as required
Ad hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years relevant administrative experience, ideally gained within financial services
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a sense of urgency
Team player who has the character, confidence and flexibility to fit in with the team
Proactive in supporting multiple individuals
Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
Japanese or Mandarin language skills a plus.
