A multinational financial services firm is looking for an outstanding, articulate and passionate candidate, with excellent communication skills to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about being in an administrative support role and a great team player.
Responsibilities:
- Report to and provide administrative support to the Head of the HR Team
- Preparation of documents in preparation for administration and set up of an entity
- Maintaining data on systems and creating of records
- Responsible for preparing invoices and payments
- Office relocation
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, ideally with native English and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a financial services environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Detail orientated and highly organised
