Calling all F&B passionate Assistants – We need you!
Arguably the most fast growing and dynamic of Hong Kong’s restaurant groups, our client is looking for an outstanding Assistant to support the extraordinary EA to Founder. This role will offer the most exciting of environments and cover a wide range of exposure across multiple parts of the ever-expanding business.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
Full assistant support and close collaboration with the current Executive Assistant to the company Founder (who is lovely!)
Confidence at multi-tasking across a broad range of duties and the ability to be agile and creative when approaching problems
Problem solving mindset is essential and ability to make good decisions and react fast to give the most effective of support
Team spirit is key to success in this role, the right person will have the opinion that nothing is too much trouble and will be happy to help in a range of different set ups
A positive attitude and hardworking ethic are also critical for all applicants, as the hours can be unsociable, long and cover occasional Saturdays
Having grit and a genuine passion for the F&B industry is a must for those entering this business
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibility of the Assistant is to provide daily support to Founder, alongside and whilst reporting to the Executive Assistant
Provide secretarial and administrative support where required as well as any ad hoc requirements necessary to juggle the Founders diary and or requests
Support with diary management and PA duties will be needed and you will also be asked to work in some of the restaurants occasionally to really understand their business and their people
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned which could be very varied in nature
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2 years solid and stable experience in office administration or PA/EA duties
Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, multi-tasking, good team player
Be able to work under pressure and beyond office hours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
