A boutique, truly dynamic, and fast-growing wealth management firm is currently looking for a Client Adviser to support their paraplanners and clients. The successful candidate should have experience working in the UK financial planning industry and knowledge in UK investment products including pensions, ISAs and insurance bonds.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide key administrative support to the Paraplanner's, ensuring all documentation is maintained as per company procedures
Coordinating various administrative projects
Ensuring action points resulting from client meetings get diarised, actioned and completed as per business process
Providing a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and administrative enquiries
Preparing client documentation and correspondence before and after meetings following business processes
Sending letters of authority and gathering accurate information with the help of an administrative assistant
Ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
Ensuring all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards
Other ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a financial services administrator, with knowledge of UK financial services products
RO1 qualified under CI; LP2 qualified under CII
Microsoft Office and electronic diary management experience
Highly organised, methodical, and disciplined
Able to prioritise and plan workload
Able to work within defined business processes
Excellent attention to detail and able to analyse data effectively
Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks
Adopts a positive attitude and is willing to assist others when busy
Able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines
Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
