A friendly, dynamic, independent advisory firm is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team. They provide holistic wealth management to selected international private clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible and professional with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle client correspondence
Conduct inbound/outbound service calls
Assist in handling the team’s administrative tasks
Service walk-in clients face to face if necessary
Ad-hoc projects / new initiatives
Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities with a strong client relations focus
Monitor quality control and risk awareness
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
Ideally 3 years’ experience in Financial Services
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
Excellent command in Cantonese as preferred
Flexible & positive attitude to work
Client focused & service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
