Our client is one of Asia’s blockchain focused asset management firms. They are looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to one of their heads of business. This role will also give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and grow into a Client Services professional. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct support to Head of Institutional Sales
Meticulous inbox and calendar management
Arrange complex, international travel and visa arrangements
Arranging video conferences and conference calls with external guests across multiple time zones, while managing calendars across multiple time zones as well
Communicate and handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications
Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects
Assisting client on-boarding and off-boarding process
Preforming data capture and validation in the Client Relationship Management system
Supporting the client service team in relation to client money deposit and withdrawal requests
Expense reports
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years relevant administrative experience, ideally gained within financial services
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a sense of urgency
Team player who has the character, confidence and flexibility to fit in with the team
Proactive in supporting multiple individuals
Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
