*Note this is a 6 month contract role, with the opportunity to turn permanent based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall administrative and secretarial support to the team
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings, conference calls, events, and complex and frequent international travel itineraries and arrangements relating to investor roadshows, due diligence sessions, site tours, investor events and other promotional activities
Work closely with global real estate investor relations team and regional marketing coordinators, especially when planning investor roadshows, due diligence sessions and asset tours
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested
Liaise with various stakeholders, international offices, clients, and external consultants
Manage monthly reconcilliatin of expenses
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualified
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in event coordination providing outstanding administrative support in a fast-paced environment
Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to work well in a small team environment - enthusiastic and confident
A willingness to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
