Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to a Partner in both business and personal related matters support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Handle complex calendar and frequently changing schedules across different time zones.
Handle all travel and logistic arrangements, including visa applications, itineraries, and last minute changes
Professionally liaise with internal senior stakeholders and external counterparts.
Forward thinking to be alert for any needs of actions or to flag any potential issues to ensure a daily seamless operations
Handle highly confidential information with utmost sensitivity and discretion.
Assist with any ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required
Requirements
10-15 years in executive assistant roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing personal and family responsibilities, including oversight of household staff.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
