They are now seeking a top notch, up-and-coming, and highly efficient Executive Assistant/Road Show Team Assistant to support one of their teams in the business. Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties including calendaring, document preparation, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement management.
Meeting planning, preparation, oversight, and logistics execution.
Own the planning and end-to-end execution of roadshows, client events.
Serve as an effective liaison between professionals and clients, facilitating communication and relationship management.
Handle CRM responsibilities for the team timely and accurately.
Step in to assist Associates with PowerPoint presentations as necessary.
Assist with special projects as necessary.
Develop strong understanding of team goals and balance multiple priorities to achieve desired outcomes.
Foresee, research, and address potential issues, and new needs as they arise.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant administrative experience required (Private Wealth, Private Banking exposure preferred).
Demonstrated skillset in handling all manner of client events independently.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Salesforce and SAP Concur.
Clear, concise, accurate, communication skills.
High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalism.
Flexible to troubleshoot and handle matters after business hours as necessary.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to set and achieve priorities while working with multiple team members, several moving pieces at a time, and frequent status changes.
