A prestigious and well-established private equity firm is currently looking for atop notch, seasoned, and highly efficientExecutive Assistant to support senior level executives within the firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate who is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm, and have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, alongside proven experience supporting senior members of staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide all round secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives
Manage extremely busy diaries and schedules including travel arrangements and visas
Ensure the executives are adequately prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations, and other documents as needed
Communicate and handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications including effectively screening calls
Assist with expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Liaise with various stakeholders, international offices, clients, and external consultants
Maintain discretion on all confidential matters
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Solid experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management within financial services/asset management
Prior experience providing outstanding administrative support in fast-paced and international environments
Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Office
