About The Role
Our global top tier client seeking an exceptional, highly discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chairman. This is a high-profile role that requires a polished professional with outstanding judgment, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper, strategic partner, and key liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders including board members, investors, government officials, and C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Coordinate board meetings, investor briefings, executive events, and VIP engagements.
Act as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with discretion.
Prepare presentations, reports, speeches, briefing materials, and confidential documents.
Provide real-time travel and event support, including logistics and contingency planning.
Handle expense management, special projects, and cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably including Chairman, CEO, or Board-level leaders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with extreme attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure
Impeccable integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion
Polished, professional, and poised demeanor – comfortable interacting with high-profile individuals
