A reputable and growing investment management firm with strong backing and great culture is currently seeking a top calibre and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support their Human Resources team. Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks
Providing clerical and administrative support to Head of Human Resources
Effectively manage calendar including scheduling appointments, interviews, and meetings, and independently resolving conflicts
Organize and prepare relevant briefing or background materials for meetings
Organizing/coordinating travel arrangements and manage expense reports
HR Duties
Update and maintain the recruitment database
New hire on-boarding logistics
Assist with Companywide safety initiatives.
Assist with background checks & collect all necessary paperwork for personal files
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Work with HR team to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Degree qualified
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience providing outstanding administrative support, preferably within financial or professional services
Prior experience in HR administrative support would be highly desirable
Strong presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
