About The Role
The client is a purpose-driven global investment organization focused on active ownership strategies. The firm combines regional private equity expertise with a strong Asian presence, operating with local teams across multiple cities in the region. With an established track record and significant capital deployed since inception, the client is a trusted partner in private equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings and conference calls involving multiple participants across various time zones, balancing the availability of both internal and external stakeholders
Arrange complex travel itineraries across Asia and globally (including the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia), covering flight connections, hotel accommodations, car and train logistics, and multi-city trips within a single day
Process expense claims accurately and submit them in a timely manner
Handle visa applications for multiple countries as required
Manage work permits and other employment-related status requirements for team members
Maintain and update contact databases and business card records
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Assist with ad-hoc requests and contribute to local or global projects
Requirements:
Solid prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant role
Friendly, detail-conscious, and professional in demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders appropriately and build effective working relationships
Understands the importance of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care
A collaborative team player who works well with others, particularly fellow assistants and office administration staff
Advanced proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrates high levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing expectations effectively
Able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
Flexible and willing to go beyond the scope of the job description when needed
Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Native Korean speaker with business-level written and spoken English
Japanese language skills would be an advantage
