This highly dynamic and progressive data and information services business is now seeking a top notch, seasoned, and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support one of their key leaders in the business: the President for Asia Pacific. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate whom is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and adapting easily to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:

Provide all round secretarial and administrative support to the President
-
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings and complex and highly frequent international travel itineraries and arrangements across multiple time zones, requiring collaboration with both internal and external executives and assistants

Manage heavy email correspondence
-
Ensure the President is adequately briefed and prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements
-
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
-
Maintain discretion on all confidential matters
-
Manage personal affairs including booking appointments and coordination of events
-
Employ a resourceful and cost-effective mindset
-
Monitor the monthly travel budget and assist in the timely preparation and submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 10 - 15 years' experience directly supporting C-level or senior management as a Secretary/Executive Assistant

Preference for candidates with background in Financial Services or Professional Services
-
Energetic with ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments
-
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin would be advantageous
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities

Ability to anticipate needs or problems, think "outside of the box" and proactively offer solutions

Detail minded with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
