A fast-growing financial institution is looking for a superb Executive Assistant to CEO to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be versatile, practical and will have superb experience of supporting at a senior level(C-Suite), while thriving on taking the initiative and multi-tasking in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
• Manage a busy diary of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Conduct background research, presentation material and paper for business meetings
• Act as a senior representative and ‘gate-keeper’, interacting at all levels within the organisation
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
• Interact with the senior management team across multiple locations, both in Hong Kong and internationally
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, presentations and other documents as needed (in both English and Chinese)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior PA/EA/secretarial role within the professional or financial services industry
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proactive and autonomous, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, translation experience a distinct advantage
