A renowned and prestigious consulting firm with an impressive track record and huge global presence is currently seeking a top calibre and highly analytical Executive Assistant to support their CHRO and small Human Resources team. Responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative and secretarial support to CHRO
Manage a busy calendar of conference calls, videoconference calls,in-person, and on-site/off-site meetings
Provide technical assistance during Zoom calls, webinars, conference calls, presentations, projections, audiovisual presentations etc.
Prepare high quality presentation decks for the HR team on key projects and initiatives
Support HR colleagues in reporting, presentation uplifts and data analytics
Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers, and team members
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested
Provide coverage for EAs who are out of office to ensure seamless support to all senior level employees
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree qualified
A minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience providing outstanding administrative support, preferably within financial or professional services
Prior experience in HR administrative support would be highly desirable
Strong presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
Superior attention to detail
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality
Great attitude and adaptable nature with strong desire to learn and expand on responsibilities
Robust and resilient with a good sense of humour
