Our client is a leading international chemical firm. They are now seeking a highly efficient Human Resources - Administrative Assistant to support their team. This is a fantastic opportunity that will develop your knowledge and ability in Human Resources, and further advance your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist with all aspects of staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
· Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts
· Oversee and monitor leave and employee benefits
· Maintain and update HR’s policy/guidelines
· Update payroll/leave calendars and organization chart
· Assist with the implementation of programmes in Hong Kong
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
· Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are an absolute must
· Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong track record in managing multiple projects with a proven ability to prioritize
· Versatility to pick up support activity across different departments and locations
· Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
