Responsibilities
· Coordinate with investors to manage intricate calendars and schedule meetings across various time zones
· Conduct research and prepare materials for investor meetings
· Manage travel arrangements and expense claims for investors
· Support the Manager in finance and accounting tasks
· Assist with general day-to-day office administrative duties
· Help with staff onboarding/offboarding procedures
· Keep clients' records up to date in the CRM system
· Arrange logistics for local and overseas roadshows
Requirements
· Good academic qualifications with at least 2 years of administrative support experience
· Have experience in accounting
· Ultimate ‘Can-do’ attitude
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexible team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
· Proficient in using spreadsheets and advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Hong Kong residency is a must
