A top-tier international law firm is looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to support their Intellectual Property Department in Hong Kong. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, flexible and have a good attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending of correspondences, letters and documents
- Managing trade mark files and deadlines
- Attending to recordal of changes
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to both Counsellors and associates
- Drafting and amending of documents and correspondence
- Managing the diary of the Counsellors, including organizing travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Preparing billings and invoicing
- Liaising with internal and external clients
- Handling all general administrative task such as filling and photocopying
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Intellectual Property Legal Secretary in an international law firm is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
- Good Chinese typing skill is a must
- A solid proficiency in all MS office applications is essential
- Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolutely key
- Great work attitude and the willingness to work overtime when necessary
