About The Role
Our client is hiring for an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to oversee the operations of its prestigious Hong Kong office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected international firm known for its innovation, entrepreneurial culture, and strong industry reputation.
Responsibilities
Oversee the Hong Kong office operations and ensure an exceptional guest and workplace experience.
Lead and supervise the Front of House and housekeeping teams.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including cleaning, catering, maintenance, and office services.
Oversee office facilities, in-house F&B services, and workplace support logistics.
Coordinate flexible workspace arrangements, office policies, and daily staff or visitor enquiries.
Organise staff events, wellness activities, and office engagement initiatives.
Manage inventory and supplies, while liaising with regional office teams for operational coordination.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Travel or Finance sectors
Flexible, organised, self starter with excellent communication skills
Confident and outgoing
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Professional appearance
Fluent English required
