An international and well-established private equity firm is currently looking for a superb up-and-coming Personal/Executive Assistant to support their two founders. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Our client is willing to consider candidates coming from any background provided they have the mindset to learn.
Manage a busy calendar of meetings, conference calls, and events
Provide administrative and secretarial support to two English speaking senior executives
Act as a ‘gate-keeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation
Prepare and arrange travel itineraries, visa, hotel and car reservations
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
Handle a small percentage of personal matters and related scheduling
Process expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Manage the filling system and maintain discretion on any confidential information
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Bachelor degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a varied PA/EA role
Experience within financial services/asset management is preferable
Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
