A well-respected, highly prestigious very well-known Chairman is searching for a superb Personal Assistant to support his family. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chairman
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings, events and arrange complex international travel scheduling
Assist in handling multiple international properties
Deal with finances, such as property taxes, rental payments, etc.
Handle domestic duties to some extent when required
Liaise with internal and external parties on business matters
Requirements:
Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a varied PA role
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
