Our client is a highly reputable property developer, who is currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate is flexible, energetic and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the Executive Director and his family
- Deal with finances, such as property taxes, rental payments, etc.
- Handle domestic duties to some extent when required
- Handle the filling system and confidential information professionally
- International travel booking
- Extensive diary management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a varied PA role
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
