A leading and well-respected logistics management firm is looking for an organized and highly efficient Receptionist to join their offices in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to work with a leading industry name and be a part of a fast paced and energetic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls. Resolve caller inquiries or quickly refer to appropriate department for action.
Monitors the visitor access and maintain security awareness. Ensure all personnel enter the office are positively identified authorized, logged and issued appropriate visitor credentials.
Providing general administrative and clerical support when required.
Keep conference room clean and tidy, coordinate I.T. outsource for setting simple I.T facilities
Provides support and coverage for team and/or special events
Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexible, team player, with a "can do" attitude
Stable, organized and strong sense of responsibility
Good commands of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
