A private investment firm based in Hong Kong, known for its successful investments in Asia, the UK, and the US, is hiring a polished and detail-minded Receptionist.
Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact in the Hong Kong office, greeting visitors, manning the front desk & dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Ensuring the office is clean, tidy and in good condition for colleagues and visitors, including the front desk
Providing office administrative support & maintenance e.g., ordering stationary/pantry supplies etc
Maintain appointment schedules and assist with calendar management
Assist in coordinating meetings and events
Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in finance or corporate settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
