A leading and well-respected logistics firm is looking for an organized and highly efficient Secretary to join their offices in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to work with a leading industry name and be a part of a fast paced and energetic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility of the Secretary is to provide daily support to the team
Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to Technical Department
Answering phone calls for colleagues during their absence
Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing
Prepare quarterly Reports and presentation materials
Prepare Travel Claims Report for reimbursement
Copy Invoices for submission to Accounts Department
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Form 6 or above with secretary experience is preferred
Fresh graduate with a good attitude will also be considered
Excellent communication skills
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
