Our client is a small international company headquartered out of Hong Kong. This centrally located firm with aggressive growth plans are looking for a hardworking and loyal Secretary to support a team of 8. This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised self-motivator who enjoys a fast paced, intense but rewarding environment and is willing to help where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general office support to the team
Answering phones and greeting visitors
Data input, database management, document filing
Office management – couriers, stationery, office supplies, building management liaison
Prepare quarterly reports and presentation materials
Prepare travel claims and reports for reimbursement
Invoice tracking
Ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years’ secretarial experience
Fresh graduate with a good attitude will also be considered
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package and Microsoft Outlook
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Stable, organised and strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required
Immediately available is highly preferred but not essential
