An international law firm is seeking to appoint a new Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join their international team, based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a key role in the marketing, training and support of records and information management products and services, as part of this global team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and key stakeholders to promote the use of information management, systems and business records
- Collate and gather business requirements for the Asia region
- Support and liaise with Knowledge Management and IT teams, as well as the wider organisation
- Provide training and support for tools, systems and content management
- Providing advice on company-wide projects/assignments
- Interacting across multiple locations, both in Asia and internationally
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (preferably in a relevant field)
- 5 years’ experience in the area of records/document management/knowledge management
- Legal industry experience preferred
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- Ability to interact at all levels within an organisation, both locally and internationally
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English (Cantonese/Mandarin not essential)
