Key Responsibilities
Retail & Sales Promotions
Oversee monthly sales promotions and manage retail store programs from initial planning through to execution
Coordinate with internal teams on stock allocation and logistics for all retail sales promotions
Develop marketing content and assets for multi-channel promotions
Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market share; provide regular reports with actionable insights
Conduct post-campaign reviews and recommend strategies to expand sales and increase market share
CRM & Customer Engagement
Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and social media to optimize customer engagement and retention
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly performance reports
Support CRM database development and marketing analytics to improve efficiency
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support management review and strategy development
Lead brand and product marketing strategies for key brands, including PR, digital media, influencer management, and product marketing initiatives
Drive CRM initiatives to support global strategic product launches
Retail & Trade Marketing
Develop and execute store-specific marketing plans forKey Chain Storesand key chain stores, including pre-launch teasers, launch-day activations, and post-launch follow-ups
Collaborate with trade and key account teams to align promotional mechanics (featured placement, seasonal campaigns, in-store messaging)
Coordinate launch assets and store requirements such as testers, sampling, fixtures, display kits, signage, and point-of-sale materials
Plan and manage in-store brand experiences including consultation zones, fragrance discovery sessions, and mini masterclasses
Ensure correct execution across stores by working with agencies and merchandising partners
Use store-level performance data (sell-in, sell-out, conversion, dwell time) to refine assortment and promotions
Corporate Sales & Key Account Marketing
Support corporate sales and key accounts with account-specific launch briefs and business cases
Provide marketing support for joint promotions with Key Chain Stores, including campaign storytelling and product benefit articulation
Monitor and report activation results against KPIs such as sell-out velocity, promotional uplift, trial-to-purchase rates, and engagement, sharing learnings for future launches
Analytics & Budget Management
Consolidate and prepare monthly sell-in and sell-out analysis
Manage monthly performance analytics and reporting
Assist with total market expenditure tracking and budget monitoring
Support ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing and/or CRM, preferably from the beauty or retail industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in market research and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to implementation
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred (Plus):
Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industries
Background in PR and CRM
Experience working with global brands
