About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join the family and deliver exceptional, rejuvenating treatments to our clients. In this role, you will provide professional wellness services, including massages, facials, and body treatments, while ensuring an atmosphere of absolute relaxation and care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Customized Treatments: Perform high-quality massages, specialized facials, and body treatments tailored to individual family members' needs and health goals.
Manage the Spa Environment: Maintain, sanitize, and fully stock the private home spa room or designated treatment areas to luxury standards.
Inventory & Product Management: Track, order, and manage high-end skincare, oils, and spa supplies, ensuring preferred products are always available.
Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and privacy regarding the family’s personal life and home environment.
Coordinate Scheduling: Work flexibly with the family's schedule, adapting seamlessly to changing routines or travel plans.
Skills & Qualifications
Certification: Fully licensed or certified in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or Cosmetology.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience, preferably in 5-star luxury resorts, high-end medical spas, or private households.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, and anti-aging facials.
Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, a calm and respectful demeanor, and strong professional boundaries.
Vetting: Must pass a comprehensive background check and sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
