A reputable and well established global financial services organisation are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent and HR team in Hong Kong. You will be working on recruitment projects across APAC for new graduates and experienced hires along with various ad-hoc projects. This is a brand new role due to rapid global growth with a permanent opportunity possible at the end of the contract.
Provide end-to-end administrative support to recruitment from drafting JD, to posting job ad, CV screening, interview arrangement, on-boarding arrangement
Assist in offer management and orientation to new joiner
Drive regular executive recruitment team meetings and prepare regular executive hiring reports to reflect relevant
Align with other functional HR areas across the Asia region
Ad hoc recruitment projects
At least 3 years’ experience in financial services firm or sizeable company ideally in recruitment
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar) and ability to learn new applications e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems
Sound understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter
Research and analytical skills are assets
Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
