Our client, a very successful corporate events company is looking for a new member of their accounting team for their Hong Kong office:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all in-house accounting related activities including AP/AR, cashflow, bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Participate in team meetings and report information directly to the FC
- Discuss necessary issues with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Identify limitations in company processes and present possible improvement methods
- Handle accounting relation matters for activities outside of Hong Kong
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of in-house, all round accounting experience
- Knowledge of the XERO accounting system
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Experience in working in an International company is highly advantageous
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is not required but beneficial
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
