Our client is a prestigious international law firm. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
• Providing clerical and admin supports to the Office Manager
• Handling receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services
• Handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Arranging maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
• Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
• Handle meeting room arrangements
• Trainings or client event arrangement
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• At least 2 years working experience; experience gained within an international firm is an advantage
• Independent, mature, detail-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility & good communication skills
• Excellent language skills (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
