Our Client is a sizeable global business organization in Hong Kong. They have an expending business in a serval areas like property, hospitality, and logistic etc. They are currently looking for a candidate with a great personality, flexible, energetic and also have an excellent English skills (both written and spoken) to support the senior management, office located in Hong Kong Island.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to an English speaking senior executive
• Manage calendars, meeting arrangement with various parties – both internal/external
• Provide personal assisting support – Travel arrangement, visa application, logistic arrangement etc.
• Handle the filling system and confidential information professionally
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Degree Holder in any discipline, with formal secretarial training will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experiences in property leasing or company secretarial support is preferred but not a must
• Excellent English is a must; Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in MS office; including (Word/ Excel/ PPT)
• Candidates with great interpersonal skills, out-going and flexible
• Short notice or immediate available is preferable
