An International financial services firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Extensive travel booking
- Review incoming and outgoing payments
- Day to day administrative duties assigned by Manager
- Booking of conference rooms and meeting scheduling
- Manage petty cash and expenses
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum work experience in financial services firm, preferably Private Equity or Investment Bank
- Proactive and highly organized, with an exceptional ability to multi–task
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Team player
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Power Point
