Job Description

An International financial services firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team
 
Responsibilities:
  • Extensive travel booking
  • Review incoming and outgoing payments
  • Day to day administrative duties assigned by Manager 
  • Booking of conference rooms and meeting scheduling
  • Manage petty cash and expenses
 
Requirements:
  • 3 years minimum work experience in financial services firm, preferably Private Equity or Investment Bank
  • Proactive and highly organized, with an exceptional ability to multi–task
  • Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Team player
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Power Point
