A world-renowned international financial services firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team. The successful candidate will be proactive, positive and an excellent team player with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client/customer correspondence
- Conduct inbound/outbound service calls
- Assist the team with research and reports
- Database Management
- Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks
- Handling general library duties, such as indexing, contract negotiations, invoice payments
Requirements:
- University graduate or degree holder in a relevant discipline
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- 3-4 years’ experience, ideally in Banking or Financial Services
- Patient and positive, with great customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Some experience in financial research a plus
- Be a strong, positive team player interested in developing oneself and others
- Strong problem solving skills in handling customer enquiries
- Can conduct himself/herself in a professional fit and proper manner
