A high-end, luxury brand is searching for a superb Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role within a small team, have excellent communication skills, is highly organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the office
• Work as part of a team to answer telephones, respond to requests, welcome and make arrangements for visitors when necessary
• Handle basic accounting, bookkeeping, and HR duties
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Assist with stock management, purchasing, and logistics support
• Complete ad-hoc projects/tasks on request as required
Requirements:
• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a varied administrative support role, preferably along with overseas education
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative whilst having the confidence to ask questions when unsure
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential – willing and eager to help others and get involved
