Job Description

A high-end, luxury brand is searching for a superb Administrative Assistant to join their team.  The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role within a small team, have excellent communication skills, is highly organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
 
Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the office
Work as part of a team to answer telephones, respond to requests, welcome and make arrangements for visitors when necessary
Handle basic accounting, bookkeeping, and HR duties
Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
Assist with stock management, purchasing, and logistics support
Complete ad-hoc projects/tasks on request as required
 
Requirements:
Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a varied administrative support role, preferably along with overseas education
Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative whilst having the confidence to ask questions when unsure
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential – willing and eager to help others and get involved
