Job Description

A leading international sourcing and logistics brand is looking for an Administrative Assistant with Accounting and HR experience to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Support daily accounting operations in A/P, A/R, G/L, and full sets of accounts
Prepare monthly reconciliation
Reconcile and prepare bank statements
Process claims and reimbursements
Update daily bank inflow and outflow records
Support recruitment process, payroll, forecast, bonus payments, and other talent management activities
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
Perform general administrative tasks
Support the office as needed with ad-hoc duties
 
Requirements:
 
Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in HR or Accounting
Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Familiar with Accounting Software
