A market leader in its industry is searching for an energetic and results driven Administrative Assistant to support their HR team. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Director and the team
- Support recruitment process, payroll, forecast, bonus payments, on-boarding arrangement, and other HR administration activities
- Coordinate conferences and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of expense claims and reimbursements
- Provide logistics support for internal and external meetings
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Science disciplines
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of HR administrative support experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate confidently with both clients and all levels of staff within the business
- Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
- Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to multi-task, good judgement and driven to work in a fast-pace environment
