A leading Hong Kong charitable foundation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role entails translations and administration support duties to keep the foundation running efficiently, and to execute its line-up of initiatives and events smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Report to the Administration Manager, you will be conducting English and Chinese translation for journalistic articles, website, press release or other promotional materials
• Assist the Administration Manager for the event logistic and event elements (concepts, invitations, press release etc.) with various parties
• Handle the administrative task related to the collection of charitable donation and related initiative
• Other related duties assigned by the Administration Manager or the Chairman
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree holder in Translation, Marketing or Business Administration
• Working experience in public relations, advertising or translation is preferable
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Team player with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Advanced in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
