Job Description

Our client, one of Hong Kong’s most well-known financial institutions is looking for a new senior officer to join their team.

  • Provide support regarding all admistrative matters regarding facility management
  • Assist with renovation projects, following all areas of the process
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage all E & M contracts, contractors and conduct site inspections
  • Ensure constant knowledge regarding all projects and provide clear and up-to-date information when call upon
  • Provide materials for all promotional events
  • Degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of business administrative experience
  • Knowledge and experience of facility management is essential
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with different teams involved in a facility management project
  • Fluent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
