A multinational Consumer Goods company is looking for a superb Assistant Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be energetic, personable, and have solid experience in practicing CSR.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative and operations support including office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance
- Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Organise the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment and any additional needs
- Involvement with HR/people related initiatives across the business
- Manage both scheduled and unplanned annual leave and absence
- Provide input in terms of efficiency of service and suggest improvements where required
- Maintain filing system and confidential information
- Negotiate and review contracts with all vendors providing goods and services to the office
- Organise office events
- Prepare expenses reimbursement
- Organise induction programmes for new joiners to ensure they are inducted on office procedures and practices
- Support on ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree holder who is keen to develop their skills both personally and professionally
- Previous experience of at least 8 years working at this level in a multinational company
- A high level of emotional maturity is essential for this role and superb attention to detail, too, with a flexible and proactive approach
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
