Job Description

An international manufacturing company is looking for a superb Assistant Office Manager/Office Manager to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role within a small team, have excellent communication skills, is highly organised, detail-oriented and have solid experience providing administrative support.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the running of the office, including managing suppliers and administration support to the team on a proactive basis
  • Support and maintain the office and showroom with all administration requirements 
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and sales support to the Manager
  • Manage calendar and arrange international travel
  • Oversee and reconcile expenses, prioritise and organise emails
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth sales order processing
  • Coordinate the preparation of detailed quotes, proposals and other documents as needed
  • Accountable for logistics handling for various showroom events and product marketing activities
  • Support the office as needed with ad-hoc duties
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • 'Hands-on’ approach, highly organised with excellent attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
  • Calm, flexible personality, willing to get involved in a variety of duties
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
